SING - DANCE - ACT - OUR STAGE STARS CLASS HAS IT ALL!

Using music, dance, and drama our exciting Stage Stars class explores all aspects of musical theatre from film, stage, and Disney.
Our fun and engaging classes will help your child shine with confidence as they develop strong vocal technique, improve acting skills and build stamina to help them sing and dance their hearts out!
​
We aim to use material that children will be familiar with, such as Disney and movies and musicals such as ‘Matilda’ and ‘The Greatest Showman’ to help keep them engaged and thus creating a well-rounded performer.
Not only will our classes boost your child's confidence but they will work on developing:
- Vocal tuition, including developing strong and correct vocal techniques.
- Musical theatre dance, a super fun way to burn off that excess energy and develop multitasking and stamina skills, allowing students to effectively dance and sing simultaneously.
- Acting skills, which helps children develop their stage presence and understand how to use emotion within their performance.
Experience in musical theatre is not needed, just a passion for having fun and giving anything a go!

Classes suitable for ages 6-10 years.
Please wear comfortable clothing, with jazz shoes or trainers and bring a drink!

My daughter loves dancing around and singing but is very shy and lacked a lot of confidence around others. We wanted dance classes for her where she could make new friends and have fun not feel under pressure. Jo’s classes have really brought her out of her shell and there has been such a difference in her speaking and listening as well as her coordination. She loves going dancing and after a wobbly start she is really settled and happy. Jo has been wonderful with her, encouraging her to join in and making her feel safe and happy. After only approximately 6 classes, she has performed a dance in front of lots of parents and other children and we could not be prouder! Cannot recommend Studio J enough!
